Ever found that iTunes doesn't update the tags in your songs after changing tags? Especially when using other software like Mixed in Key, it seems you need to play the file to update the tag.
Here is a solution. Its a simple iTunes script that I made. It will appear as menu item. You just select songs and the select the Refresh menu and iTunes will be forced to update the tags. (MAC ONLY)
